Indian Rescue Academy (IRA) - Certificate Reissuance Request
If you have lost or misplaced your certificate issued by the Indian Rescue Academy (IRA), you can request a duplicate certificate by following the process outlined below. The reissuance of certificates is subject to verification and applicable fees.
Eligibility for Reissuance
You can apply for a duplicate certificate if:
•Your original certificate has been lost, stolen, or damaged.
•You have legally changed your name and require a new certificate.
•The original certificate was never received due to an administrative error.
Required Documents
To process your request, please submit the following:
1. Duly Filled Application Form – Available for download on our website.
2. Proof of Identity – Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving License).
3. Affidavit/Declaration – Stating the reason for reissuance (not required for administrative errors).
4. Copy of Original Certificate (if available) – To facilitate verification.
5. Payment Receipt – For the applicable reissuance fee.

3. Submit the Request:

o In person visit at the IRA office.
Processing Time & Fees
• Standard Processing: 15 working days.
• Express Processing: 5 working days (additional fee applicable).
•Fee Structure:
o Duplicate Certificate/ I Card & License: INR 1,500
o Express Processing: Additional INR 1,000
o Name Correction: INR 500
o Note: Fees not required for administrative errors.

•IRA reserves the right to reject any application if the provided details are found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
•Fees are non-refundable and subject to change.
•Certificates will only be issued after thorough verification of records.
